We feel that the more we complicate something, the more valuable the solution will be and the longer it will take, leading us to fall into the habit of being busy in this complex world of investments—though not necessarily productive or with profitable properties.

I’ve been in the real estate world for 30 years as an agent, broker, corporate executive, and business coach; and throughout this real estate journey, I’ve developed strategies that have helped me invest in ways that bring results—results that I live off of today.

Discovery call with Saul Serna: During this call we will discover the compatibility between the message, the audience, and the expected results. We will determine the key elements that will create the greater impact with the audience.

Agreement on terms of engagement: We will determine the best way to work together, the type of presentation, either a keynote or a workshop, pricing and terms of the contract.

The presentation: The LIVE presentations include the presentation, access to a recording of the presentation on our website and a Q&A session.

Keynote: 45–90-minute live presentation.

Workshop: 90 minutes -to full day – This is an interactive session with a determined number of participants. Price varies depending on the number of participants, length of the presentation, follow-up, and implementation of coaching sessions.
