1988
FROM COLOMBIA TO FOLLOW YOUR DREAM
Saul had been as an exchange student in Illinois, returned to Colombia and graduated from Universidad de la Sabana as a business administrator. Upon returning to the United States, since he spoke only basic English, he took several jobs, including restaurants where he acquired knowledge of the work culture and command of the language.
1997
APPOINTED AS "TODAY'S REAL ESTATE AGENT"
Who needed a translator, motivated him to get his Real Estate license as a seller. His energy and enthusiasm for the business made him a dynamic real estate agent. He reached the Hispanic market like no one had before and was received with open arms.
1998
INCLUDED IN CENTURY 21 MASTER'S HALL OF FAME
For his extraordinary and consistent level of production year after year (84 sales the first year and 120 on average per year thereafter) Saul was invited to be part of the CENTURY 21 Master's Hall of Fame, an elite group of global real estate agents.
1999
COACHING, CONSULTANTS, AND PROFESSIONAL SPEAKER
Having achieved and exceeded his goals in the field of real estate sales, Saúl decided that he could help more Hispanic families to own their own home through the training and advice of other real estate agents so that they would do the same that he had achieved ... and that's where , when BUSINESS FOR LIFE, your consulting company, was born. Saul has advised over 3,000 sales agents and is one of the best known and guest speakers in English and Spanish.
2004
CORPORATE COACHING
His training and advisory programs have been implemented in other industries that want to grow their Hispanic market. Saul was the author and consultant of the BEST JOBS program for General Motors dealerships, helping them attract, recruit and train their work team which successfully increased their sales volumes.
2005
GIVING BACK- THE JUST BEE FOUNDATION
As a life coach, Saul feels the need to coach children at an early age to help them develop good habits that will last a lifetime. Together with his wife Jan, they wrote the book Just Bee, the first children's counseling book, in English and Spanish. He then developed the advisory program that includes 12 lessons for building good character and acceptance of diversity, which have inspired teachers, united parents and motivated students to be the best they can be. This program has been implemented in several schools in the United States, Latin America and Kenya, and this is a project of continuous growth, because we believe that by “advising children we can change the world”!
2007
CENTURY 21 VICE PRESIDENT
The National Hispanic Mortgage Association, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of homeowners in the United States, presented to Saul, for the impact and inspiration he has had in the real estate industry, the award of life as a champion of own home for Hispanics.

AUTHOR
Saul has written several coaching and mentoring manuals, including his renowned MAP to MASTERY sales system, GMAP (created for the General Motors corporation) Entrepreneurial Energy and Success 21. Practical lessons and mentoring ideas have helped hundreds of sales professionals to build lucrative careers.
To consolidate all his years of experience as a sales professional, entrepreneur and business consultant, Saul wrote the book "Got Latin" in which he shares more than 140 ideas and strategies to increase sales and productivity. To facilitate the implementation of these ideas, he also developed the Business Toolbox with additional systems, in English and Spanish.
