1988
FROM COLOMBIA TO FOLLOW HIS DREAM
Saul had been an exchange student in Illinois, returned to Colombia, and graduated from the University of La Sabana as a business administrator. Upon returning to the United States, he took several jobs, including restaurants where he gained knowledge of American work culture and language proficiency. There he met a real estate broker who changed the course of his life.
1997
NAMED AS THE "REAL ESTATE AGENT OF THE YEAR"
He obtained his license as a real estate agent, focused on serving a market that was undiscovered, the Latino market. His commitment to helping Hispanic families own their own home, his passion for providing a comprehensive system of services in Spanish and his results, led him to be chosen by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as the residential agent of the year. 1998
INDUCTED INTO THE CENTURY 21 MASTER'S HALL
OF FAME
For his extraordinary and consistent level of personal achievements year after year (84 sales the first year and 120 on average per year thereafter) Saul was inducted into the Master's Hall of Fame of CENTURY 21, an elite group of global real estate agents. In turn, the Hispanic mortgage association recognized him with the lifetime achievement award for the great difference he had made in the Hispanic real estate market.
1999
COACHING, CONSULTING, AND PROFESSIONAL SPEAKER
Having achieved and exceeded his goals in the field of real estate sales, Saul decided that he could help more Hispanic families own their own homes through the training and advice of other real estate agents and agencies to do the same thing he had achieved... and that's when BUSINESS FOR LIFE, his coaching & consulting company, was created.

āSaúl has coached thousands of real estate agents and agencies in different countries around the world, both in English and Spanish, and is one of the most well-known coaches in the Hispanic market.
2005
CORPORATE COACHING
Seeing his corporate results, other corporations, which also wanted to grow their share of the Hispanic market, hired Saul to help them. Companies such as General Motors, Wells Fargo, Prudential, Univision, implemented THE LATIN BOOM program – helping them attract, recruit and train their workforce which in turn connected culturally and linguistically with the Hispanic market and successfully increased their sales volumes.ā
2005
PHILANTROPY – CHILDREN’S COACHING
Saul’s coaching programs are based on the values that help people thrive in business, however, the most important business is family. Saul felt the need to coach children at an early age to help them develop good habits that will last a lifetime.

He wrote a children's coaching book titled JUST BEE, in English and Spanish, and developed the mentoring program that includes 12 lessons for the formation of good character and acceptance of diversity. This program has been implemented in several schools in the United States, Latin America and Kenya and has inspired teachers, united parents and motivated students to be the best they can be.

This is a continuous development project, because we believe that "By coaching children we can change the world!"
2007
SVP- CENTURY 21
Because of his professional career, Century 21 Corporation invited Saul to be their senior vice president to help them further develop their position in the Hispanic market. He joined and worked with more than 9000 real estate agents in the United States, incorporated new franchises and helped implement their MAP TO MASTERY education and coaching systems as well as the LATIN BOOM in the United States, Latin America and Spain.
2010
COACHING FOR INTERNATIONAL ENTREPRENEURS AND INVESTORS
Saul continues to coach international entrepreneurs and investors focused on helping them invest wisely in real estate in the United States. Like him, many people want to create a solid and profitable financial future by generating residual income. With his experience in the real estate field and as an investor, Saul created the FORMAT® program, which as its name says, presents them with the tools and strategies to get and stay in the best possible FORMA to invest in.
Together with his son, Carlos Andres, who has followed in his footsteps becoming an excellent real estate professional, and with his team of Investors Helping Investors, they have helped many people diversify their investments in a reliable and profitable way.
AUTHOR
Saúl has written several training and coaching manuals tailored to each client, based on their niche and product or service. Among his books is B12 the Prosperity Formula, a book for entrepreneurs, Got latin? A book for companies that want to grow their Hispanic market, Just Bee, a children's coaching book for character building, FORMAT, a book for real estate investors.

To facilitate the implementation of his coaching programs, Saul has created several online courses and tools to help his clients build their real estate businesses and portfolios.

Saul shares his experience and knowledge through his motivational talks, workshops, and online coaching and educational programs. He serves as the director of the JUST BEE children's foundation, building futures through values and education and enjoys family time, writing, and serving his community.
